Marcus is a sport and musculoskteletal Physiotherapist who is passionate about active rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. With a background in Physical Education and sports science, his passion for sport and injury management led Marcus to pursue a career as a Physiotherapist. He is dedicated to working with his clients to ensure they achieve their goals, however big or small they may be.

Marcus graduated from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy, and has since forged a successful career in injury management and rehabilitation. Marcus has spent the past 4 years working at the Essendon Football Club and at a leading sports and spinal physiotherapy practice in Melbourne. Since making the move to Geelong, Marcus has started working at Geelong Football Club as the VFL rehab physiotherapist, while starting up Barwon Sports Physiotherapy with his business partner, Zach.

A keen footballer and runner, Marcus has completed multiple post-graduate courses including; Sports Physiotherapy, Spinal Physiotherapy, Tendon Rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates and Strength & Conditioning.

Marcus has a special interested in the management of both acute and chronic Injuries, in particular, knee (ACL) and tendon rehabilitation.

Zach graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science, Masters in Physiotherapy practice. He has worked in private practice in Melbourne, seeing a variety of common injuries, in both general population and sports specific environments. Since graduating, Zach has worked with amateur athletes in a football, track & field, soccer, hockey and weight-lifting setting. He has more recently worked with the Western Bulldogs AFLW team as a strength and conditioning coach.

Zach is currently working with Melbourne City Football Club as a physiotherapist with their academy, while under taking his Masters in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning). He has a particular interest in rehabilitation and return to play, while looking to improve performance in sport and everyday life. Zach coaches multiple athletes in Tack & Field, while training himself and grew up playing field hockey at state, national and international level.
